Q. What time is check in?

A. Check in time is on/after 4pm.  In some cases where the unit is not occupied the evening prior we are able to accommodate early check-in.  Please inquire about early check in the day prior to your arrival.  Do also note that most of our properties have provision for luggage storage and use of facilities prior to your check-in.

 

Q. What time is check out?

A. Check in time is by 10am.  In some cases where the unit is not occupied the following day we are able to accommodate late check-in.  Please inquire about late check out the day prior to your departure.  Do also note that most of our properties have provision for luggage storage and use of facilities after check-out.

 

Q. Is smoking permitted?

A. For the enjoyment of all of our guests smoking is not permitted.

 

Q. Can I bring pets?

A. Unfortunately due to allergies we are unable to accommodate pets.

Q. Do you offer long term rentals?  What are your rates for long term rentals?

A. We can accommodate long term rentals at some of our properties, generally during times other than ski season.  Please contact us at inquiry@luxurymountaindestinations.com or 435-565-1053.


Q. What is your cancellation policy?

A. In the event of cancellation we will refund that recouped through re-rental minus an administrative fee of $200.  Please note that this may vary when reservations are booked through 3rd parties. Trip insurance is available through 3rd parties (e.g., www.insuremytrip.com , www.squaremouth.com , etc.).


Q. What is your payment policy?

A. 50% payment is due at time of booking, balance due 60 days prior to arrival (payment in full due at time of booking when reserved within 60 days of arrival).  Please note that this may vary when reservations are booked through 3rd parties.
