Unit itself is a two bedroom. Main area of the unit is an open floorplan with the king bedroom, living room (with Queen Sleep Sofa) and kitchen sharing an open area. Such enjoys a large bathroom with deep soaking tub, full standing shower, double bowl sink, granite and natural stone. Second bedroom suite includes sitting area with queen sleeper, queen bed, and full bath with shower/tub, granite countertops and heated floors.

Very clean and comfortable. A real plus was that the manager, Brad, was always available and responsive to help with any requests.
Convenient to skiing, good local shops and restaurants. 30 mins to SLC airport. Owner was responsive and transaction and check in was easy. Great place!
The property is located in a great spot. The snow was relentless when we visited (not a bad thing), so it was great to have so many restaurants right next to the hotel. Newpark Hotel even has it's own entrance in to Maxwell's, so you don't even have to brave the weather to get to dinner. The condo is clean and looks just like the pictures. It was easy to find and access. Parking at Newpark is easy and it is nice that it is covered. Just outside of the hotel is the Park City Shuttle that takes you anywhere you want to go, and it comes by every 15 minutes. Super easy to get to the ski resort on the shuttle. I highly recommend this property and would stay there again.

We rented this condo and it is exactly as described. Great location with walkability to everything Kimball Junction has to offer (restaurants, Whole Foods, Starbucks, movies, bowling... etc) and a short drive into Old Town and skiing. The condo is spacious, clean, well decorated and very comfortable. It has great views to the South, overlooking Swaner preserve and the mountains from the living area and patio. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom is very spacious! We did not use the second bedroom, but it is another whole suite unto itself! Highly recommend! And can't beat the off season prices!
The 2 bedroom condo was amazing and all we could say was wow. Brad had everything one would need to spend an entire week without getting out of the condo. It was right in the heart of Kimball Junction Downtown Area with all of the restaurants, supermarkets, movie theaters, shopping stores, liquor store, and even a post office. From where we were once you park your vehicle no need to drive unless you are doing to Main St. in Park City or to other places of interest. There is a long hallway separating both bedrooms for privacy and the balcony with Jacuzzi was great even though we didn't use it. I have been to Park City several times and so far this is the best place we have rented thru VRBO. I would recommend this place for a ski trip since there are many after skiing activities in the area after a long day of skiing or sight seeing during the non-ski season.
This is a great place to stay in Park City. It was nice to be in walking distance to so many amenities. The condo is comfortable and roomy.
We had never visited Utah before and decided on Park City in the summer. This condo could not have been more relaxing or in a better location. There are shops and restaurants a few steps away, and it's just a few minutes from the Olympic Park. It's also a short drive to hiking and kayaking. It was so nice to come home from a long day of hiking, grab a bite at a nearby restaurant, and sit in the hot tub on the porch. I'll happily recommend this condo to family and friends.
We had a great stay in Brad's unit. Have stayed at Newpark many times before we will always look to Brad first for our next trip. Unit very clean and had everything we needed. The location in Redstone is perfect for us. Look with confidence at this unit.
I have stayed at the Newpark Hotel hotel before and knew it was a good location with good facilities. This time I booked with Brad through VRBO and got a really good deal on a lovely room. Everything that you required was present and Brad made the process very easy through prior emails and information left in the room. I can highly recommend using his services and this room - we had a really fantastic holiday and wish I was still there.
Spent 4 nights for a quick ski vacation and had a wonderful time. The property was clean and well kept. The view of the mountains from the balcony were wonderful! Definitely near a lot of restaurants, the Park City buses, and shopping. The pool and hot tub with the hotel were clean and we enjoyed every night. We also enjoyed the hot tub on the balcony as well. We would definitely stay here again!
Love the location of this property, easy walks to dining, shopping and trails. And a 5 minute drive to the base of the canyons. Also, be sure to check out the Olympic center and ski museum, The layout was a title odd to me. It is a studio and a second bedroom, but we with so much to do nearby, we Didn't notice. Brad is easy to work with. The rooms were very clean and well cared for. Thanks!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this resort. The owner was prompt in replying to our inquiries and his unit was immaculate and furnished with all the necessities as advertised along with a few extras. The New Park is in the middle of a good choice of eateries-theater-shopping and grocery stores and everything was in walking distance. We enjoyed the pool (in & outside), hot tub in the snow!!!!! & easy access to the local sports pub/restaurant & bakery coffee shop. Can't say enough to describe it. We plan on coming back here for future visits to the Park City Area and highly recommend it. The Owner Brad, is easy to work with and delivers what he promises.
I have a family of 4 including two boys 8 and 7. We stayed in this unit for a week and it was awesome. Everything walking distance from food,entertainment trails etc. I'm looking forward to rent this place again. Thx BRAD for letting us share such an amazing place.
Family had a great time at this condo. Everything you need to stay in (if that's what you want to do) and walking distance to numerous restaurants/bars/shopping. Short drive or easily accessbile bus to ski resorts. Could not have asked for more!!
Our trip went exactly as planned. Lots of powder!! Rooms were beautiful! Free transportation to and from the slopes, was very convenient. Park city Mountain had everything to offer from beginner to advanced. My friends and I, ski and snowboard every year. This was pleasant experience. What a pleasure it was to do business with Brad. He was very easy to reach and true to his word about the business of renting his Newpark condo. The condo was exactly as described and perfect for our stay in Park City. The location could not have been more perfect with regard to convenience. The Newpark area has restaurants just steps away,shopping, a pretty view and is 10 minutes from 3 major ski resorts. We will definitely go back and hopefully stay in the same unit. The unit was fantastic and really conveniently located; we had a great time. We typically alternate between Utah and Colorado each year, so we'll definitely check up next time we are in town. Great owner as well!
The unit was just as described and shown. The owner was trustworthy and helpful. Magnificent view of the mountains. (Private hot tub on our deck and fireplace definitely a plus.) Great restaurants and shopping steps away. Terrific way to enjoy a Park City vacation! Highly recommend it.
