Park City Mountain is about 10 minutes from the door as well. The home sits just outside the hustle and bustle of downtown, so the short drive times give you a perfect blend of tranquility and convenience, right in the heart of year-round adventure.

Within The Retreat at Jordanelle community, the home offers spacious mountain luxury for larger groups who want to stay close together. It sleeps up to 11 guests, which makes it a natural fit for multigenerational family trips, corporate retreats, and friends’ weekends. The Primary King Suite has a private ensuite bath, and the Queen and Bunkroom Suites share an adjacent full bathroom. Downstairs, a second primary suite with a king bed has its own ensuite bath, and a powder room is conveniently located on the main level.

Step outside and the mountains are all around you. A hiking trail begins within 50 feet of the front door, and a community walking trail is within 100 feet. The Jordanelle Parkway trail is close by too, with paths for jogging, biking, and walking. Your patio opens onto scenic open land and a 15-acre neighborhood park with paved paths. Back at the house, the expansive outdoor deck is made for gathering. It has plenty of seating, cozy couch areas, a fire pit, a hammock, a brand-new private hot tub, and a propane grill for evening cookouts. Guests also enjoy community amenities including a movie theater, fitness center, seasonal pool (Memorial Day through mid-September), hot tub, grilling pavilion, and billiards room.

Inside, the home is just as good for spending time together. The game room has a large-screen TV, board games, and a game table. A ping pong table and outdoor sports gear for the kids wait in the garage, including footballs, basketballs, baseballs, and tennis and pickleball rackets and balls. Books and toys are on hand for the little ones, too. Each of the four bedrooms has a flat-screen Smart TV for streaming, and the home also has high-speed internet, central air conditioning, and a Rocky Mountain-style fireplace. Expansive windows frame the open-space views. The fully stocked kitchen, with both Keurig and drip coffee, makes cooking at home easy. For restful nights, the bedrooms come with dehumidifiers, fans, sound machines, and extra night lights if needed. Electric vehicle hookups are available for up to two cars.
