FAQS

  • What time is check in?

    Check in time is on/after 4pm. In some cases where the unit is not occupied the evening prior we are able to accommodate early check-in. Please inquire about early check in the day prior to your arrival.

  • What time is check out?

    Check out is by 10am. In some cases where the unit is not checking in again later that day we may able to accommodate late check-out. Please inquire about late check out the afternoon prior to your departure.

  • Is smoking permitted?

    For the enjoyment of all of our guests smoking is not permitted.

  • Can I bring pets?

    Unfortunately due to allergies we are unable to accommodate pets.

  • I'm not sure which property is best for me? I have questions about one of your properties? Who do I contact to book?

    We believe strongly in offering a limited number of properties that fit a particular portfolio enabling us to offer the best possible service to both our owners and guests.   • Do you offer long term rentals? What are your rates for long term rentals?

    We can accommodate long term rentals at some of our properties, generally during times other than ski season. Please contact us at reservations@luxurymountaindestinations.com or 435-714-7750.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    50% refund up to 65 days prior to arrival after which reservation becomes non-refundable.

  • What is your payment policy?

    50% payment is due at time of booking, balance due 65 days prior to arrival (payment in full due at time of booking when reserved within 65 days of arrival). Please note that this may vary when reservations are booked through 3rd parties.

  • What is the difference between Canyons Village Rentals and Luxury Mountain Destinations?

    With common ownership and management we are proud to offer two brands and portfolios of properties. Canyons Village Rentals offers a broad range of properties within the Canyons Village vicinity. Luxury Mountain Destinations focuses on luxury properties, both including and beyond Canyons Village.
